My coaching journey began at 16 in hockey's capital, Toronto, ON, where I spent my summers working at a goalie school while also training for my own season. In 2015, I became the Head of Development at Conway Goaltending, working for my brother Neil. During my time, Conway Goaltending has established itself as one of the most respected goalie schools in the country, helping goalies advance to high-level junior & college hockey. Additionally, I have spent 3 seasons as a goaltending coach at the NCAA Division 1 level, preparing goalies for their professional careers.

With over a decade of coaching experience, I am eager to bring my expertise to upstate New York and support goalies in achieving their hockey dreams.
